• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  
• We accept payment via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  
• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be cancelled or modified if products are unavailable, payment issues occur, or for suspected fraudulent activity.
  
• You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once payment is processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped across India via trusted courier partners within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
  
• Estimated delivery times are 2–7 working days depending on location.
  
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, or logistics disruptions) are beyond our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• We accept returns/exchanges for unused, unwashed, and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery, except for items marked “non-returnable” (e.g., socks, innerwear, personalized items).

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after quality check. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
