1. Shipping Within India

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes across India through our trusted delivery partners.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
• During launches, sales, or peak festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 2–6 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Towns: 2–6 business days
• Remote / Outlying Areas: 2–6 business days
  Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier constraints, weather disruptions, or festive season surges.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 999.
• For orders below Rs. 999:
• Prepaid shipping: Rs. 49
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Rs. 99 flat fee
• COD is available for select pincodes only.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.

6. Packaging

• Every Little Haven order is packed with care in eco-friendly, branded packaging, safe for babies, kind to the planet.
• Gift orders come with our signature custom gift packaging at no extra charge for pre-curated bundles.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet our delivery commitments, unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, strikes, courier delays) may occasionally cause a delay. We’ll notify you immediately if this happens.

8. International Shipping

At present, Little Haven ships only within India. We are working towards offering international delivery in the near future.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping fees.
