At Little Haven, we want you to love every product you receive. Our goal is to ensure every baby’s first memories are wrapped in softness, care, and beauty. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product is defective, damaged during delivery, or does not match the description provided on our website.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards or e-gift vouchers
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Personalised, customised, or monogrammed products
- Innerwear, socks, and hair accessories (for hygiene reasons)
2. Return Process
Raise a Return Request
- Email us at care@littlehaven.in or WhatsApp us at +91 98605 78408 with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
Approval & Pick-Up
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner (available in select pin codes).
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may self-ship to our return address.
Inspection & Refund
- Our team will inspect the returned item. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be made in the same payment mode used during purchase:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
- Store Credit Option: If you choose store credit, you’ll receive an e-voucher valid for 6 months.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color (subject to availability). If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
- We will offer a free replacement, exchange, or full refund after verification.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is free for defective/damaged items or incorrect orders.
- For other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), a return shipping fee of ₹100–₹150 may be deducted from your refund.
